The GOLDSOURCE TC-200 voltage converter is rated at a maximum of 200 watts. It features a sturdy cord with a standard American 3-prong plug and a complimentary American to German power outlet adapter. There are a total of two outputs on the front panel. Two are grounded outlets, one designated for 110 volts with a standard American plug and the other for 220 volts only with a universal plug. Importantly, both outputs can be used simultaneously and continuously.
For safety reasons, the manufacturer recommends the maximum power of the voltage transformer to be equal to or greater than the rated power of your device multiplied by 1.5. For example, if you have a device with a rated power of 100 watts, you will need to choose a transformer with a maximum power of 150 watts or more.
