• Do you repair electronic devices?

  Unfortunately, we do not offer this type of service.

• How can I return an item from a web order?

  Please write us an email to commande@addison-electronique.com with the reason for the return and the order number, you can also come directly to the Montreal store 8018, 20e Avenue, Montreal, Quebec, Canada, H1Z 3S7 or call  us 514-376-1740.

• How can I return an item purchased in store?

  It is important to go to the store where you purchased the item and above all not to forget the invoice, the item must be in its original box/packaging and must not be damaged.

• Which cities do you deliver to?

  We deliver everywhere in Canada.

• What are the shipping fees ?

  It depends on the products ordered (weight/dimensions) as well as the delivery address.
  If you want to know your delivery costs, you can place an order directly on the site by adding items to your basket, before paying, the delivery costs will be calculated and displayed on the screen.

• How long is the delivery time ?

  There is a delay of 3 to 5 buisness days.

• What is the minimum amount for free delivery?

  Your order must total $75 (before taxes) to qualify for free delivery.

• Can I do in-store pickup?

• I don't have an account with you, can I place an order?

  Account is not required to place an order. You can place an order as a guest for now and create an account at any time on our website.
