The hexagonal keys will be useful for adjusting various parts of your instrument such as the bridge, the saddles and the truss rod. The Phillips screwdrivers included on this versatile tool will allow you to remove the screws holding the pickguard or truss rod cover giving you access to the truss bar, potentiometers and switches.
